Light Series By Jennifer DeLucy Blog Stop Tour with AToMR‏

Lillian Hunt has never truly lived. Always sensing more to the world than is easily perceived, she fears that her instincts are stubborn flights of fancy, or worse, mental instability. But some things-disappearing strangers, tangible dreams, and visits from malevolent creatures-cannot be ignored. Before it's too late, Lillian is ripped from the only existence she's ever known and thrust into a reality that she always suspected, but could scarcely believe. She must learn the truth about who she is, the powerful beings that wish to destroy her, and the two men who would die to protect her. Jennifer DeLucy has created a unique, enchanting tale of destiny and the ageless power of love in her debut novel, Seers of Light. DeLucy's novel charms readers with quirky characters, while sketching a haunting portrait of one woman's journey on the path of the supernaturally gifted. But be prepared. Once you've entered the world of Seers, you will never be the same.

MY REVIEW
5 OF 5 SEERS
A huge THANK YOU to AToMR Blog Tours for allowing me to read and review this book series for the tour. I have to say that I have only read one other Seer book and I LOVED IT just like I LOVED this series. Man I could not get enough of this world that Jennifer has created. I had to put the book down while I was shopping and every minute I had I would read a few pages and then continue on shopping like no ones business.

Lily has always known she is different but she can't quite figure it out. That is until she has a very vivid dream. In this dream she meets Christian who tells her she is in danger and needs to learn how to protect herself. As she struggles to find what her calling is she will have to learn to trust others. Along the way she meets William whom Christian does not like because William is a Vampire. Christians job is to protect he and teach her how to protect herself.

What will Lily do? Will she follow her heart or will she follow duty? Will she put together the pieces of her life in time to protect herself? Come along on a fantastical ride that Jennifer has created. I promise you you will not be disappointed! This is one of those reads that grips you right from the first page and you can't put it down.

The saying goes that all men are created equal... but Nicole Abbot knows better. Lacking the supernatural gifts of the Sentients she has known all her life, Nicole has lived with her nose pressed to the glass, withering beneath the guilt of her own inadequacies and the disapproving glare of her father. It's easy to believe that the universe has forgotten all about her, but things are not always as they seem. With the arrival of Christian Wright, a handsome but complex Combatant with a troubled history, Nicole is forced to question everything she has ever believed about herself, proving that sometimes, our most flawed perceptions are those reflected in a mirror. Jennifer DeLucy again plunges us into the world of lingering spirits, dark apparitions, and malicious vampires. But this time she takes us to the California coast where we get to know a new ensemble of gifted souls that are just as vibrant and endearing as the Sentients we came to love in Seers of Light. In Whisper of Light, DeLucy delivers exciting supernatural encounters as well as very human interactions that will both break your heart and make it soar.

MY REVIEW
5 OF 5 WHISPERS OF LOVE
Whisper of Light was AMAZING! I can't even begin to put into words how amazing and epic this book was for me. I am all about the hearts and flowers in a relationship and sometimes I feel like I don't get that enough but in Whisper of Light we got a fist hand account of love blossoming for Christian and Nicole.

Nicole is the daughter of a Sentient with no powers. She feels like an outcast because both of her parents and everyone around her has powers. As she watches everyone around her use their powers she grows weary until a new comer comes in to the group. Christian comes in to this new group because he could no longer stand to stand by and watch the girl he loved marry his enemy. The heart knows no bounds and when his heart is ripped apart he seeks another group to follow so he can get his mind off of Lily.

When Christian meets Nicole he is not sure what to make of her. The more time he spends with Nicole the more Christians heart starts to open up. Nicole may not have any powers like the group but she has the power to love and be loved and she brings that to Christian who accepts it and realizes that what he has with Nicole is true love. Nicole has the power to heal his broken heart and she does that. I can't say anymore because I will really spoil it for you but this is the sequel to Seers of Light and it is just as EPIC as the first!

Jennifer DeLucy is the author of The Light Series, as well as a free-lance editor. Jennifer grew up in the valley city of Scranton, Pennsylvania, where she developed an obsession with all things literary and musical thanks to the influence of an extroverted and creative family. Currently living in the Midwest, Jennifer continues to pursue opportunities as an author, editor and musician. She is determined to put her love of the arts, nature and spirit to good use, broadening minds and opening hearts in every way she can.

MY REVIEW
5 of 5 Embers

I Want to give a huge thank you to AToMR tours for allowing me to be on this tour. I had read such good things about this book that when I saw it was on tour I signed up. I have to say I was not disappointed! This book was a breath of fresh air as far as a paranormal read.

Arson is a quiet boy who lives with his grandmother. He stays away from people preferring to work his job at the ice cream shop and returning home to be by himself. See Arson is holding a deep secret in and he prefers to stay by himself than interact with anyone and have them find out what he is or what he can do. That is until one day Arson gets neighbors and one of them happens to be a girl his age. Arson is a little afraid to talk to Emery the next door neighbor because he does not want his secret exposed.

As Arson and Emery get closer he reveals his secret to her and she does not run away from him but accepts him for who he is. Everyone has secrets in their family and Emery should know because she has a few secrets as well. But as time goes by they do things together and they open up to each other. As Emery challenges Arson about what his life is like and what it could be like. Will Arson let go and allow Emery in? Will he trust himself to truly believe he is not a freak like he thinks he is? This is a coming of age story that will grip you right from the start. It is a story about two damage souls coming together and learning things they never expected to learn.

Thrust into the pressure cooker of a high profile case, the struggling single parent is wound tight as he tries to balance care of his own family with the safety of a growing population of potential victims.

MY REVIEW
5 of 5 Oracles

I would like to thank JTaylor Publishing for allowing me to be a part of this tour. I have not read a lot of adult books this year but the ones I have had a chance to just throw me for a loop because they are so GOOD! Oracle was one of those stories that threw me for a loop. When I started reading Oracle I was amazed at the authors descriptions of the places and things surrounding the characters. I don't know about you but I need that in my reading because I like to visualize where the character is and what the character is doing.

Picture this London, the Olympics are in full swing and there is a serial killer on the lose. No one knows who it is or why he or she is doing these horrible killings but they know it must stop. Detective Inspector Kurt Lancer is the man for the job or is he. Kurt is handling some problems of his own while working on this case. He is a single father to a disabled daughter and he will do everything in his power to protect her. He will go to the ends of the earth for her and when it is apparent the serial killer is not about to stop killing Kurt has to put his personal life aside to catch the killer. Will he find out who the killer is in time? Will he be able to get enough clues? Will he be able to help his daughter? Will London survive the Olympics?

Come along for the greatest ride of your life. Once I started reading I could not stop and when I had to because my eyes were closing I woke up the next morning early so I could finish reading it. This is one murder mystery you will want to crack!

Blood of the Demon (Demons of Infernum #1) by Rosalie Lario Book Review

NEW COVER

Keegan lives to exact revenge on the evil demon who sired and abused him. When his father devises a plan to bring on the apocalypse, he and his three half-brothers, interdimensional bounty hunters for the Elden Council, are charged with capturing and delivering their father for punishment.Art gallery owner Brynn Meyers has no idea that her ability to read memories embedded in objects and drain people of their life force means she has demon ancestry. Unfortunately for Brynn, she's also the key to raising an ancient zombie army, which puts her on every demon's Most Wanted List. And no one wants her more than Keegan's father.Keegan must protect Brynn from his father by any means necessary, but he'll have to learn to harness the other half of his genetics-the far deadlier, uncontrollable half-when he starts to fall for the one woman standing between him and the vengeance he so desperately seeks. The one woman he'll never be able to resist.

MY REVIEW
5 OF 5 DEMONS

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Jessica at Entangled for allowing me to read BOTD. Man oh man from the very beginning I could not put this book down. Who would not want to read about four gorgeous brothers. Can you say H-E-L-L-O! So enough of my crazy rantings and on to the review.

Keegan is one of four brothers. He is very protective of his brothers and now he is given the duty to protect Brynn. Brynn is a special girl who can get an objects history by touching it. She is also the key to the Apocalypse. See she can raise an ancient zombie army and destroy the world. Keegan will stop at nothing to save her but while saving her he finds himself in a peculiar situation. See has has fallen for her and he does not need that right now.

Keegan's father has different plans for his son and when his boys have to hunt him down and turn him in all hell hits the fan. Keegan knows that his father wants Brynn more than anything in his life but Keegan is determined to protect her and keep her away from his crazy father. Keegan will have to choose between revenge or love. Which will he choose? Will he be able to protect Brynn from danger? Will Brynn melt his heart with her love? My god I could go on but I do not want to spoil it for the readers. I am placing this book on the reading radar for those of you who love bad men trying to do good.

Formally trained as a corporate and real estate lawyer, I practiced law for 5 years before finally admitting to myself that negotiating contracts wasn’t nearly as fun as dreaming up stories. As an avid reader of romances and supernatural stories, I knew I wanted to write urban fantasy and paranormal romance. Tales of vampires, demons, and other supernatural beings ensued.

I’m currently working on the Demons of Infernum series, a series of paranormal romance novels featuring four sexy half-demon brothers and their reluctant heroines.

When not writing, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son in our home state of Florida, as well as searching out things that go bump in the night. I still haven’t found any, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

If I ever do find evidence of the supernatural, it remains to be seen whether I’ll jump around in excitement, or run screaming in terror (but I’m betting on the latter)!

If I Were You (Inside Out Trilogy #1) by Lisa Renee Jones Book Review

Fifty Shades of Grey meets Basic Instinct

Book 1: If I Were You
Book 2: Being Me
Book 3: Revealing Us

About IF I WERE YOU…

How it began…

One day I was a high school teacher on summer break, leading a relatively uneventful but happy life. Or so I told myself. Later, I’d question that, as I would question pretty much everything I knew about me, my relationships, and my desires. It all began when my neighbor thrust a key to a storage unit at me. She’d bought it to make extra money after watching some storage auction show. Now she was on her way to the airport to elope with a man she barely knew, and she needed me to clear out the unit before the lease expires.

Soon, I was standing inside a small room that held the intimate details of another woman’s life, feeling uncomfortable, as if I was invading her privacy. Why had she let these items so neatly packed, possessions that she clearly cared about deeply, be lost at an auction? Driven to find out by some unnamed force, I began to dig, to discover this woman’s life, and yes, read her journals—-dark, erotic journals that I had no business reading. Once I started, I couldn’t stop. I read on obsessively, living out fantasies through her words that I’d never dare experience on my own, compelled by the three men in her life, none of whom had names. I read onward until the last terrifying dark entry left me certain that something had happened to this woman. I had to find her and be sure she was okay.
Before long, I was taking her job for the summer at the art gallery, living her life, and she was nowhere to be found. I was becoming someone I didn’t know. I was becoming her.

The dark, passion it becomes…

Now, I am working at a prestigious gallery, where I have always dreamed of being, and I’ve been delivered to the doorstep of several men, all of which I envision as one I’ve read about in the journal. But there is one man that will call to me, that will awaken me in ways I never believed possible. That man is the ruggedly sexy artist, Chris Merit, who wants to paint me. He is rich and famous, and dark in ways I shouldn’t find intriguing, but I do. I so do. I don’t understand why his dark side appeals to me, but the attraction between us is rich with velvety promises of satisfaction. Chris is dark, and so are his desires, but I cannot turn away. He is damaged beneath his confident good looks and need for control, and in some way, I feel he needs me. I need him.
All I know for certain is that he knows me like I don’t even know me, and he says I know him. Still, I keep asking myself — do I know him? Did he know her, the journal writer, and where is she? And why doesn’t it seem to matter anymore? There is just him and me, and the burn for more.

MY REVIEW
5 OF 5 FLOGGERS

***THIS IS AN ADULT BOOK, 18 YEARS OR OLDER. CONTAINS MATERIAL NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG ADULTS***

OH MY FLIPPING GOD!!!!!!!!!! THIS BOOK IS SO MUCH MORE THAN FIFTY SHADES AND BASIC INSTINCT. Man where to begin with this review. I have read a lot of erotica and adult books lately but I have to say That Lisa has added some things to her story that stands out among the rest. I did not feel like I reading about Fifty and I sure as hell did not thing basic instincts because this story really has so many dimensions to it I could not get my head wrapped around it. First the characters are so different from any I have read about. I know a lot of people have said no one can fall in love that fast, well to them I say they may not but other people do and it is reality.

I have done some research into the BDSM world and I have talked to people who are in it and I can see the pull towards it and I can see how people fall in love so fast because it is like a drug and the adrenaline rush you get from it is like no other. To them it is like para gliding or bungee jumping the adrenaline brings you places you have never been before and before you realize it you are hooked and can't remember how it has happened. So now that I have bored you with a little back ground I will get to the real deal and this the story.

Sara is a school teacher that is on summer vacation. She is looking forward to spending some quality time reading and enjoying her summer of tutoring students. One night her neighbor is over watching TV and enjoying Sara's company when her boyfriend calls her to go over to his house. The neighbor leaves and forgets her journal and Sara being curious reads it and is shocked to read what is in it. The next day the neighbor comes back to make sure she has not lost the journal and Sara is embarrassed because she read the journal. That is when her neighbor tells her it is not hers but it belongs to the woman who left her stuff in storage and is selling it. The neighbor is so excited about the paintings and the other journals and Sara tells her she can't sell someones private things. Her neighbor tells her she will make a lot of money by selling this things and has no intention on keeping them.

Sara is so shocked by this but what can she do. Then the neighbor comes and tells her the next morning she is eloping with her boyfriend and she is on her way to Paris and Sara can have the storage unit and sell it or whatever but it is her's to keep. Sara is excited because she really enjoyed the journals. They were dark and dirty and there is something in those journals that call to Sara. She decides from that moment on she will find this Rebecca and return her things to her. Sara's first stop is trying to find out information on Rebecca and when she starts to dig in the storage unit she finds a brochure for the gallery she worked at. Sara is excited because she loves art and majored in it in college. Sara goes home and looks up information about the gallery and decides she will go to a unveiling of a famous painter that she loves for a charity. While there she meets this guy who she is so taken with. Their is something about this guy and he is so knowledgeable about art that they talk and before you know it they are talking about different artists.

As Sara is looking for the Art gallery owner he finds her and they talk about Rebecca which he says she is on an extended vacation but Sara is not buying it. Then the oddest thing happens and Sara ends up selling a painting to a couple looking to buy a piece for their main party room. The owner of gallery is impressed by Sara and asks her if she would like to work for him and she agrees. See Sara has a secret that she is keeping and that is she has always wanted to work in the art industry but it does not pay the bills. So she has stayed away from it and became a teacher instead. She is not happy being a teacher because her passion is in the art world where Mark the gallery owner has offered her a great summer. After agreeing to work for him and start that Monday Mark asks her if Chris Merit who is one of her favorite artists she studied in school proud of her for selling his painting. She has no idea what Mark is talking about and he realizes that Chris never told her who he was. The guy she was talking to the whole time was Chris Merit and she never knew it.

Sara will soon learn that their are lots of lies and secrets shrouded in the disappearance of Rebecca. As she reads the journals and delves deeper into the life Rebecca had she will find out Rebecca was a tortured soul and did things in the name of love. She allowed her heart to rule instead of her mind and her instincts. She should have followed her instincts because some things are better left alone. Will Sara follow the same path as Rebecca or will she carve her own path? Will she be forced to face her own demons? Will Sara's past come back to haunt her? Will she be caught up in a love triangle? Or will she chose Mark or Chris? As Sara will soon find out everyone has a past and the past can be a dangerous thing. Will she succumb to lust? Will she giver herself to a broken damaged man? This is such a must read for this summer I am going to re-read it a thousand times! I love the story line and the ending is OMG! I have no words for the ending except I NEED BOOK TWO RIGHT NOW!!!!!! PRONTO!!!!!!!!

MY REVIEW

5 OF 5 POPPIES

HOLY GORGEOUS BILLIONAIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Entangled has corner the market on Romances! Man oh man Nicola I LOVED LOVED this story so much that I read it in four hours!I have been reading a lot of romances and erotica and Entangled has the market on it right now! With all that rambling let me get right to the review.

Poppy Collins is a party planner when she decides to start her own Divorce Diva Party Planner Company. Why not right because everyone has a party for everything so why not have a party for divorces. She can make a lot of money having divorce parties but there is a catch. She will have to keep it a secret from her sister because she is going through a rough divorce and she would not approve of this side business Poppy has created. Poppy decides she will do Divorce Divas but keep her name anonymous and not tell her sister until they are out of debt. She receives her first client but he is anything but normal because he is a billionaire and he has done a background check on Poppy and the business and decides he wants to meet her in person even thought it against the rules.

Poppy does not want to meet this billionaire but in order to save her sisters failing business she will have to meet him and get the account. Only when Poppy meets Beck Blackwood playboy billionaire she is thrown for a loop. Beck is so enthralled with Poppy and her witty snarky attitude that matches his. He soon hatches a plan that he hopes Poppy will go along with. He tells her he needs a wife and she needs the money to save her sisters business. So she can be his wife so he can get the contract and then he will pay her to keep her sisters business running so it is a win win proposition except that Poppy is like HELL NO at first but then Beck used to getting his way blackmails Poppy and she agrees. But at what cost? Will Beck and Poppy get everything they hope to? Will Poppy save her sisters business? Will Beck get the big contract? Will true love come into play? Will broken hearts be in the picture?

Well to answer those questions you will have to read the book because I will give no spoilers away. I really loved this story and read it in 4 hours that is how good it is! Happy Reading and don't forget to check out the rest of Entangled's reads http://www.entangledpublishing.com/

MY REVIEW

5 OF 5 STARS

First I want to thank FMB Blog Tours for allowing me to be a part of this tour. I was excited to see this book posted for a tour because I had been wanting to read it but i wasn't to sure about it. See I love history books mixed with a little something but I tend to get bored easily while reading them because the history takes over the plot but T.C. Archer has done a great job of never losing the plot but only adding to it. At points I went and googled some of the stuff because I was not sure it was real but low and behold it was!

Jordan Pierce is a Chicago Police Detective who was attacked one day while on the job. When he wakes up the next day he feels different. He is no longer hungry and no longer needs a lot of rest but in the middle of the day he needs sleep which is bizarre for him. So he decides to leave his job and take a job at the local university of Chicago as a security officer. One day he comes to work and finds that a scientist has been murdered and another scientist is the prime suspect in his murder.

Jordan finds himself in a little bit of a dilemma because the scientist that is accused of killing the other scientist is Jordan's secret crush. What is Jordan to do? Will he follow his heart or will he follow his logic? Will he ever find out what happened to him in that dark alley when he was attacked? Come along for the greatest history paranormal ride of a lifetime! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Excerpt:
A moment later, I halted in front of the closed door where Dr Nichols waited. The name painted on the glass read: Dr Enrico Roma, the alias of the great scientist and Nobel Prize laureate Enrico Fermi. The alias didn't fool anybody but the ignorant. Light shone through the milky glass window. I blew out a breath. The last thing I wanted to do was interrogate a hysterical woman.

I opened the door and stopped dead at the sight of a shapely blonde leaning against Fermi's mahogany desk. I stared as realization sunk in that the Veronica Lake look-alike standing there was the same egghead pictured in her personnel file. The glasses she'd worn were absent and, despite the red-rimmed eyes and drawn expression, the single overhead light warmed the creamy complexion that had looked bland and colorless in the photo.

Thick blond hair slid across her face in a broad wave and flowed down slim shoulders. Suddenly, I understood the reasoning behind the functional bun in the picture. Despite the legs that mesmerized a man all the way down to the high heel straps, the tweed skirt and blazer she wore emphatically stated the bombshell figure was off limits. But the moment a man laid eyes on her luxurious hair all bets were off. My breath caught with bloodlust as I drew in her scent from across the room.

Gray-blue eyes stared from behind the drape of blond hair. Her gaze flicked to my waistband and I realized she'd glimpsed the colt holstered beneath my suit jacket.

"You wear your gun like a gangster," she said.

I startled. Her voice, low and sultry, held a shaky note, but I knew the remark was payment for my staring.

"This incident requires I carry a weapon." My drill sergeant used to berate any reference to the word gun. "Your gun is between your legs, son. Your pistol or rifle is called a weapon."

She continued to stare and guilt stabbed at me. She'd discovered a colleague who'd been brutally murdered, and I stood in the doorway gawking at her. I swallowed, feeling like a school kid.

"Dr Nichols, I'm Agent Pierce, head of nightshift security." Her fingers tightened around a lace handkerchief gripped in her right palm. I didn't want to step closer, but had to. Her pheromones were making my blood, or what was left of it, crave an infusion from her veins. "What happened?"

Her gaze dropped to the hankie and she began working the fabric with both hands. "I was working late and needed Leon to come to the lab. I couldn't get the Geiger counter to calibrate. I knocked. When no one answered, I opened the door and…" Her eyes swung up to meet mine. "So much blood." Her gaze remained locked with my eyes as if demanding a response.

"I'm sorry," I offered. "I thought you were assigned to dayshift."

She swiped at the corners of her eyes with the handkerchief. "I switched shifts yesterday so Leon and I could calibrate the new equipment."

I nodded. The scientists worked a twelve hours on, twelve off schedule seven days a week. We were in a race against Nazi scientists while men died in Europe, North Africa, and the Pacific. "Did you notice anything unusual tonight?" I asked.

"Nothing."

"Hear anything strange on the way to Dr Heinrick's office, pass anyone in the hall?"

She shook her head. "Maybe he's still here." Something in the way she stared at—through—me,
searching for answers and fearing what she might find, threatened to tip me off balance. "The murderer is gone," I replied in a level voice.

"How do you know?"

"A hunch," I said, and meant it.

"Why kill Heinrick?" she said. "Why not Compton or Fermi? But Heinrick…" Her voice trailed off.

"Are you saying Heinrick didn't know anything worth killing for?"

"I suppose we all know something worth killing for. Each scientist on this project is top in his or her field. But the project will go on without Heinrick. If we lost Oppenheimer, or Fermi, the project would be delayed, if not brought to a standstill."

"Did you enter Heinrick's office?" "No, I took one look and ran."

The response, given without hesitation, or guile, made me wonder if this woman ran from anything.

"This was the first office I came to," she said.

Her story made sense, and my instincts said she was telling the truth. I had learned to trust my sixth sense, especially the last eight months. This ability was another one of those things I couldn't explain, like being conscious of the way her pheromones where working on me double-time.

"Are you staying in the dorm?" I asked. She nodded.

"I'll have someone escort you there."

Desire to go with her shot to the surface with the heat of a volcano. I pictured white skin, full breasts, and blond hair between perfect thighs. I forced my breathing to remain even, and the swelling in my shorts abated. I'd never experienced such sudden, intense lust. If I escorted her back to her room I would drink her blood—and God only knew what I would do to her afterward. My pulse jumped with the thought of her warm blood flowing past my tongue down my throat… and her tight walls closing around me as I entered her.

"I have to complete my measurements before the day shift," she said. I jarred from the erotic thought. "There's not enough equipment to go around," she added.

I nodded. "Of course."

Clipped footsteps sounded almost noiselessly on the linoleum floor of the hallway and I recognized McHenry's walk two seconds before Dr Nichols's eyes shifted over my shoulder.

"Pierce."

I glanced back to see him standing in the open doorway.

"The general wants to talk to you."

A measure of sanity reasserted itself. I had to get away from her, now. "Could you escort Dr Nichols back to the lab?"

His expression lightened. "No problem." He stepped aside and motioned toward the door with an open hand. "Dr Nichols."

His expression lightened. "No problem." He stepped aside and motioned toward the door with an open hand. "Dr Nichols."

She cast me a farewell glance and headed toward the door. I tried tearing my eyes from the gentle sway of hips as she walked past, but couldn't, and felt the heat swell to the surface again. I had to find one of the small rodents whose blood I drank to keep my thirst for human blood at bay, or go back to Heinrick and hope the congealed blood in his decaying body would make me forget the craving. Rising desire twisted my insides and I feared even Heinrick's dead blood wouldn't work against the warm, pulsing blood of Dr Nichols.

Dante's Girl (The Paradise Diaires #1) by Courtney Cole Blog Tour Stop

I have spent every summer since I was ten years old with my father in London. Every summer, since I was ten years old, has been uneventful and boring.

Until this year.

And this year, after a freak volcanic eruption strands me far from home, I have learned these things:

1. I can make do with one outfit for three days before I buy new clothes.

2. If I hear the phrase, “You’re not in Kansas anymore, Toto,” even one more time, I might become a homicidal maniac.

3. I am horribly and embarrassingly allergic to jellyfish.

4. I am in love with Dante Giliberti, who just happens to be the beautiful, sophisticated son of the Prime Minister of a Mediterranean paradise.

5. See number four above. Because it brings with it a whole slew of problems and I’ve learned something from every one of them.

Let’s start with the fact that Dante’s world is five light-years away from mine. He goes to black-tie functions and knows the Prime Minister of England on a first name basis. I was born and raised on a farm in Kansas and wear cut-off jeans paired with cowboy boots. See the difference?

But hearts don’t care about differences. Hearts want what they want. And mine just wants to be Dante’s girl.

My heart just might be crazy.

MY REVIEW
5 OF 5 GREECE ISLANDS

First I would like to give a huge thank you to Kismet for allowing me to be a part of Dante's Girl tour. Courtney has started this new series off with a bang.I have to say that this is one summer must read for this summer.I have read a lot of books but Dante's Girl really spoke to my romantic side. Dante and Reece are the perfect example of summer love and what happens beyond that.

Reece Ellis is is a country girl getting ready to spend her summer with her father like she does every summer but this summer is going to be different. In the airport Reece see's Dante which she refers to as a God because he is so beautiful there are no words to describe him. Then Reece boards the plane and ends up sitting with Dante. As they talk and get to know each other their is a problem on the plane and they evacuate from it. Dante decides he is going to take Reece back home to a small island in Greece called Caberra.

While there at the island Reece gets to meet Dante's family. She is convinced she and Dante are from two different worlds and that liking him is a bad thing because he is the son of The Prime Minister and what can a country girl offer him.Soon Reece will find out just how complicated life can get with liking someone who is expected to do everything their parents tell them to. This story is about first loves and where they can take you. It is also about a boy who is expected to act in a certain way but feels something different deep down inside. What will Reece and Dante do? Will they end up together, or are things to complicated? Will Reece be able to have her prince charming?

Well I will not spoil it for you so you will have to read the book to find out! Happy Reading and come along and enjoy the breath taking descriptions of Greece. Courtney I so want to go to Greece now.

While learning to hone their growing powers, they discover a new and malicious presence in their sleepy beach town. Someone is performing blood magic and threatens to expose their small magical community. So far only small animals have been slaughtered, but then the nightmares start.

Shayna suffers nightmares of being chased and sacrificed only to wake up bloodied and bruised. She thinks her magical blood is the ultimate target for the final blood rite. When an innocent girl, Tracy, is kidnapped Shayna knows it's only a ploy to draw her out; she can't let someone die because of her.

MY REVIEW
5 of 5 Earth Elements

The Elemental Series by Shauna Granger is one of THE BEST series I have read this year. I have read a lot of series and this one blew me away. It took me by surprise and when I heard there was going to be a tour I jumped on board. I have to say that this is one of those series that stays with you long after you finish reading. A Huge Thank you to AToMR Tours for allowing me to be a part of this tour.

In Earth we meet Shayna, Steven, and Jodi. They can manipulate and control the four elements earth, air, water, and fire. They are learning how to harness their gifts when things start to get a little weird in their sleepy town.Shayna is having nightmares and when she wakes she feels tired and bruised like she was actually there in the dream fighting for her life and fighting to save her town from the evil that is lurking.

Then to make matters worse for Shayna a new boy Jensen comes to town and he is showing interest in her. She likes him but keeps him at bay because she is really not ready for a relationship. The feelings she feels towards him are new to her and she is worried because she really doesn't now a thing about him. She will have to put her guards down in order to find out who he is and what he is about.

Thank God she has Jodi who is the bossy one of the three and Steven who is the nurturer of the three. They have a friendship that will stand the test of time and tribulation. So when Shayna finally tells them about the dreams and all the weird things that have been happening in town start to add up to someone using Blood Magic the gang get together to find out who it is and why they are doing it. When they find out who it is it is a shock for them because they would have never suspected this person of such evil.

It was a rough start to the school year for Shayna and her friends, Jodi and Steven, but thankfully summer break is near. Trying to sort out her feelings for the new guy in town, Shayna agrees to let Jensen join her on a group date with her friends. While out they end up at a local coffee house where their classmate, social outcast Jeremy McCormick, is humiliated by his baseball star brother. When Jeremy runs away from the jeering crowd, Shayna and Jodi hear the unmistakable sound of a thousand wings chasing after him, but no one else seems to hear them. These are not like any air elementals that Shayna or Jodi have ever encountered before and they fear Jeremy has gotten himself tangled up in something too dangerous for him to handle. But when Shayna tries to help Jeremy control his magical abilities she realizes it might be the biggest mistake of her life.

MY REVIEW
5 OF 5 Air Elements

Air is the second story to the Elemental Series by Shauna Granger. If you have not read Earth you don't know what your missing! This series has a little of everything in it. In Air it picks right up where Earth left off. The trio is enjoying then ending of the school year. Summer is coming and they are itching to get out of school and have some fun. Shayna is still confused about her feelings for Jensen but she knows she likes him and wants him around. Jodi is still bossy as ever and Steven is still patient and supportive to his best friends.

In Air we get to meet Jeremy. Jeremy lives in the shadow of his brother and he hates it. He hates his father and his brother so much so that when he is approached by someone who says they can help him he accepts. The only thing Jeremy did not realize was that the help he was going to get came with a price. Jeremy did not care and he allowed his anger and hatred get the best of him. This is where the trio come in because they are all on a group date they spot Jeremy and his older brother. His older brother makes fun of him and says and does some mean things and when Jeremy gets so upset he unleashes evil.

Jeremy is not sure what is going on and Shayna tries to help him but he just does not want the help. He hates his family and wants to see them pay for their actions. Jodi tries to help Jeremy and in this book Jodi is coming into her powers and learning to use them and accept them for what they are. But will it be to late for Jodi and the gang to save Jeremy? Will they be able to figure what kind of evil is lurking out there trying to destroy their little town? Will Jodi and gang do what is right or will they leave Jeremy to fend for himself?

This is an awesome follow up book to the series and if you have not read it yet then you need toi run out and get it because it is a MUST READ!!!!!!
