Dragos Cuelebre from Thea Harrison's Dragon Bound. Loved it when he got all possessive over Pia! Probably the fact that he's a dragon shifter (love all things dragon) has to do with why I like this character so much :)

Raphael from Guild Hunter series and Hawke from Psy/Changling series both by Nalini Singh, Acheron from Dark Hunter series, Laurann Dohner New Species series is full of Alphas as well as Lora Leigh's Breed series!
