Untellable by Suzanne Lilly
Summary from Goodreads:
Aspen Dwyer, recently emancipated from foster care, is searching for a place to hide from a past with secrets too dark to share. Honey Creek, Ohio, presents itself as the best place to start a new life and stay undercover.
There she meets Colton Moraine, a man with strong family ties and an even stronger sense of loyalty. His boisterous, loving family welcomes Aspen with warmth she hasn’t felt in years. She’s surprised at how quickly and deeply she falls for Colton.
When a dangerous criminal comes to Honey Creek, intent on his revenge against her, Aspen must choose between two options. Should she stay and risk her life and the rejection of the people she’s grown to love?
Or should she run again, and leave behind any chance of a happy future?

My Review
5 of 5 Untellable
Untellable is one of those gems of a find. I say this because I would have never read this book if it were not for YA Bound hosting a blog tour. I had never seen the book or heard about it. I have to say that in all fairness I have been locked in my school cave finishing up summer classes and now that I am done I plan on stalking all my favorite blogs for good reads to read while I am on the beach! I have to say that Untellable is one of those rare gems you read about. I love the cover because it is of a girl swimming. I love summer and swimming and beaches I just love everything about summer so when I saw that this book was on tour I signed up praying I would get a chance to be on this tour.
Untellable is a story that really tore at my gut. We get to meet Aspen who is finally getting out of foster care. She wants to move far away from where she is so she can start a new life and have her past be just that her past. She chooses a small quiet town named Honey Creek, Ohio where the town is small and everyone seems to mind their own business. So off she goes to enjoy her knew found freedom. While there she meets a fire fighter Colton. He is your all american boy who loves his family and will protect them till the end no matter what.
As Aspen and Colton get closer Colton's family opens up to her and takes her under their wings. But soon all that happiness is shattered when Aspen's past comes barreling into town to extract revenge for what she has done. Soon Colton and his family will be in the fight of a lifetime and the reason is to protect Aspen. When the dust settles and all is said and done Aspen will have to explain what happened to her and why she ended up in foster care and why the hell the man chasing her is really her father trying to kill her.
Will she and Colton have their HEA? Or will Colton let Aspen go because she is to much trouble?
