The Liberator (Dante Walker #2)
Release Date: August 27, 2013
From Entangled Teen
Summary from Goodreads:
Bad boy, meet bad girl.
Dante has a shiny new cuff wrapped around his ankle, and he doesn't like that mess one bit. His new accessory comes straight from Big Guy himself and marks the former demon as a liberator. Despite his gritty past and bad boy ways, Dante Walker has been granted a second chance.
When Dante is given his first mission as a liberator to save the soul of seventeen-year-old Aspen, he knows he’s got this. But Aspen reminds him of the rebellious life he used to live and is making it difficult to resist sinful temptations. Though Dante is committed to living clean for his girlfriend Charlie, this dude’s been a playboy for far too long…and old demons die hard.
With Charlie becoming the girl she was never able to be pre-makeover and Aspen showing him how delicious it feels to embrace his inner beast, Dante will have to go somewhere he never thought he’d return to in order to accomplish the impossible: save the girl he’s been assigned to, and keep the girl he loves.

My Review
5 of 5 Liberator
Victoria..... Victoria.... you never cease to amaze me and The Liberator just knocked it out the ball park! I mean I loved Dante and Charlie in The Collector but The Liberator just took off and ran and I chased after it.
Dante has fought his way to being to a better man for himself but mostly for Charlie. He loves her and he would do anything to keep her. He has finally become a Liberator and he is both excited and nervous. I mean after being a bad boy for all those years and doing what ever he pleased whenever he pleased has been a hard pill to swallow but like I said he would do anything for Charlie. Dante knows Charlie is no joke and she will not tolerate any bad boy ways so he is trying to change those ways. His first charge as a liberator is to help the soul of a 17 year old girl Aspen. Aspen is a wild wild child like Dante used to be. After Dante realizes that his charge is wild like he used to be he gets caught up in the world again. It is hard when Aspen is pushing for him to make it happen. But Dante knows if he messes up he will lose Charlie and he will no longer be a Liberator. So Dante has to fight like hell to stay away from the wild life and save Aspen.
Charlie has grown so much stronger and she is finally becoming who she wants to be. She loves Dante and they have a great relationship but she is starting to feel her way around and become more confidant in herself. Charlie showed great love and strength in this book and the more I see of Charlie the more I see she is growing into a woman. I am also glad Victoria did not do the love triangle because that would have killed me. I love seeing Dante fight the pull of doing evil again to be with his angel and light Charlie. Once again this is a must read and I need book three like yesterday!
Synopsis:
He makes good girls...bad.
Dante Walker is flippin’ awesome, and he knows it. His good looks, killer charm, and stellar confidence have made him one of hell’s best—a soul collector. His job is simple: weed through humanity and label those round rears with a big red good or bad stamp. Old Saint Nick gets the good guys, and he gets the fun ones. Bag-and-tag.
Sealing souls is nothing personal. Dante’s an equal-opportunity collector and doesn't want it any other way. But he’ll have to adjust, because Boss Man has given him a new assignment:
Collect Charlie Cooper’s soul within ten days.
Dante doesn't know why Boss Man wants Charlie, nor does he care. This assignment means only one thing to him, and that’s a permanent ticket out of hell. But after Dante meets the quirky Nerd Alert chick he’s come to collect, he realizes this assignment will test his abilities as a collector…and uncover emotions deeply buried.
My Review
5 of 5 Collector
Where to start this review.... OMG Victoria has written a book that brings you to another level of LOVE and I have to say I love me some bad boys but Dante Walker took it to another level! Lord he made you want to jump through the pages and smack the ever living life out of him. He tried your patience but if you held on long enough you got to see a special side of Dante that he did not know he had. This series started out with a bang and will end with a bang.
Dante Walker is a soul collector. He collects the bad souls as he says "bag and tag". It is easy go in get the bad soul and move on. Have a little fun party hardy and do whatever he wants. That is until he is summoned by the big boss to bag and tag a soul Charlie Cooper. Dante being so dam arrogant says okay what could go wrong. He thinks he is just going to swoop in and get Charlie and be done but when he meets Charlie he realizes that he is in deep waters. See Charlie is different. Different from what he is used to and so she takes him off his game and he does not even realize it at first.
Charlie Cooper is just living her life having friends in school with her friends. Then comes Mr hot and smoking Dante and things change for her as well. At first Charlie can't understand why Dante is such a tool towards her but Charlie being Charlie is nice. I on the other hand would have shuttle kicked Dante up his kister if he ever spoke to me like that let alone treat me like that but Charlie God I love her character was so patient and kind and in the end well you will have to read it to see what happens with Dante and Charlie.
This is a Paranormal Must Read! So what you waiting for go out and get it!
