YA Bound Presents Earth Angel (Falling Angels #2) by E. Van Lowe Blog Tour Stop

Welcome to my stop on the Earth Angel blog tour hosted by YA Bound. Click HERE to see the full blog tour schedule!

Earth Angel

Just because Megan Barnett recently defeated Satan, has a fantastic new best friend, and has won the love of deliciously handsome, Guy Matson, doesn’t mean her troubles are over.

Far from it. For Megan doesn’t realize it, but in her possession is a powerful weapon, a weapon sought after by both angels and demons and everything in between. They will do ANYTHING to get it.

In E. Van Lowe’s humorous, romantic and thrilling sequel to Boyfriend From Hell, Megan winds up in a gripping life or death battle to save herself, the boy she loves, and all of mankind from unthinkable evil.

My Review

5 of 5 Earth Angel

HOLY EARTH ANGEL! I have to say that this book blew me out the water. We get so much more action and development of the characters and even new characters come into the picture and I just could not put this book down. Lord I started reading it at work and then when it was time to leave I switched over to my Kindle and kept reading it. That is how much I loved this story.

Megan has defeated Satan and everything should be good right? Well no actually it is about to get a lot worse because Megan has something heaven and hell want and no matter what she does or what she says she is about to have the battle of a lifetime. At least one thing is good well maybe two because she gets a new bestie and she gets Guy. Lord I can't say enough about Guy because we get to see what is really going on with him and what I saw I love more and more. I love him as a bad boy but he really is the perfect match for Megan.

There is so much action and changes in this second book that I don't want to spoil it but Megan will gain new friends she will lose old friends and most importantly she start to see that she has something that is very valuable to both good and evil. What side will she chose? Will it be good or will it be evil? You will have to read it to see and by the way I need book three like yesterday!

Boyfriend From Hell

Fifteen year-old Megan Barnett and her single mom, Suze, have a special relationship—they are friends, close friends, who do almost everything together.

“But come on, guys, she’s my mother… Can I really tell her that while we’re snuggled up on the sofa watching Spider Man Three, I’m secretly undressing James Franco with my eyes? Of course not…”

The special bond takes a turn for the worse when Suze decides to start dating again. She hasn’t had a man in her life since Megan’s father left ten years ago.

Enter two mysterious young men, Megan’s new classmate, sinfully attractive bad boy, Guy Matson, and the dangerously handsome art dealer, Armando. Before long Megan and Suze both wind up in steamy relationships.

But neither of the handsome pair is quite what he seems. In fact, one of them is Satan, with his sights set on a new bride. Megan has precious little time to figure out how to stop him. If she doesn’t, either Megan or Suze are quite literally going to HELL.

My Review

5 of 5 Boyfriends From Hell

Boyfriend From Hell is one of those stories that captures you from the very beginning. I knew I was going to love it right from the start because let's face it who does not love a story with not one but two bad boys in it. Plus Satan is a riot in this book because he is on the prowl looking for a new wife and he sets his sights on someone and all hell breaks lose!

Megan and her mother Suze do everything together. That is what happens when you have a single mother raising her only child. You will do anything to protect her. They are best friends until two mysterious guys come to town. That is when Suze decides she is willing to give dating another chance. She meets an art dealer named Armando and he sweeps her off her feet. This does not sit well with Megan who has never had to share her mother. But on the up side to things there is a new boy in school and for some inexplicable reason Megan is attracted to him.

Guy Matson is sexy and dangerous but Megan does not know that. She feels something but she is not sure if she should follow her heart or her gut. As Her mother gets closer to Armando Megan knows something is wrong with him and sh she figures out what it is she will have to fight to protect her mother from Satan because he wants his bride and will stop at nothing to get her.

What will Megan do? Will she be able to save her mother? Will she trust Guy? Or will Satan get what he wants?

About the Author
E Van Lowe was born in the Bronx a long time ago, back in the days when children were supposed to be seen and not heard. Fortunately for E, his parents allowed him to speak freely. Unfortunately for his parents and older brother, E had a lot to say. He was speaking quite freely until one day, while his mother was trying to watch her “stories” (which is code for soap operas), she suggested that instead of speaking freely, he write all his important thoughts down. E wrote down many important thoughts, such as: crayons melt when you leave them on the radiator, or toy soldiers melt when you drop them in the muffin batter before mom puts it in the oven. His brother thought he was weird, but E was only ten years old at the time. What did he expect, Shakespeare? E liked writing things down so much, he decided that when he grew up, he was going to become a professional writer.

E has gone on to write for many award winning TV shows including: The Cosby Show, and Even Stevens. He also co-wrote the Academy Award nominated short film, Cadillac Dreams. Never Slow Dance With A Zombie was his first teen novel. Boyfriend From Hell is the first in the Falling Angels Saga. The second novel in the saga, Earth Angel, will be coming out soon. It seems E still has lots of important, and weird, thoughts to share with readers.
